Kajeet Launches Cloud-based Data Analytics Platform

By

Kajeet, a provider of smart connectivity, software and hardware solutions, announced the launch of Sentinel Insights, a cloud-based data analytics product that enhances Kajeet’s flagship IoT management platform, Sentinel.

Chief data officers do not have the resources needed to gather, process and interpret the data needed to drive specific actions. This will cause them to fail to establish data literacy within their workforces by 2025, according to Gartner. Sentinel Insights will help eradicate those inefficiencies and will provide an innovative solution that processes data and extracts takeaways to optimize their delivery against business goals.

For more informed decision making, Sentinel Insights will use machine learning and predictive analytics to provide real-time data, alerts and visualization capabilities that transform customer data into actionable intelligence.

“Sentinel Insights pioneers a new era for Kajeet’s data analytics engine and represents a critical step forward in our mission of providing intelligent connections for good,” said Greg Jones, chief technology officer at Kajeet. “Analyzing data trends and anomalies — such as how and when students use their devices, the content they consume, their engagement rate, etc. — can help educators produce better outcomes for their students.”

Sentinel Insights, in the IoT connectivity market, will provide multiple real-time, interactive data visualization dashboards. The dashboards are configurable according to the unique needs of customers.

Dynamic cohort analysis also is enabled through Sentinel Insights. Device managers will be able to detect trends and anomalies across a specific group of users, a capability that will present breakthrough benefits for Kajeet’s customer base.

“The launch of the real-time Sentinel Insights analytics platform is an incredibly valuable addition to the Kajeet product portfolio,” said Dennis David, president of Infuriant Technology Solutions. “Our clients have a voracious appetite for real-time analytics across all areas of their business operations, down to accurately predicting the number of pickles needed in each location on a daily basis.”

Sentinel Insights, provisioned on Kajeet’s Sentinel IoT management platform, powers intelligent connections for Kajeet’s customer base, including organizations across the education, transportation, field services, government and health care industries.

Kajeet is exhibiting at IoT Evolution Expo in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, June 21-24, 2022, where attendees will explore the disruption and opportunity IoT and its related technologies are creating as part of the #TECHSUPERSHOW experience. #TECHSUPERSHOW includes nearly a dozen collocated business technology events that bring buyers, users, sellers, and partners together under one roof to educate and build business relationships around the technologies driving business success today. Kajeet, a Gold Sponsor, will be in Booth #835 in the exhibit hall.
