Announcing the 2012 M2M Evolution Conference & Expo Battle of the Platforms Call for Entries

Norwalk, CT, (July 24, 2012) — M2M Evolution Conference & Expo, the leading website dedicated to machine to machine technologies, today announced a call for entries for its inaugural M2M Evolution Battle of the Platforms. M2M Evolution Conference and Expo is sponsored by TMC, a global, integrated media company helping clients build communities in print, in person and online, and Crossfire Media, an integrated marketing company with a core focus on future trends in technology.

The Battle of the Platforms is intended to highlight network platforms and how the migration to these new independent systems make it economically feasible for all markets to adopt M2M. Highlighting the adoption and adaptation of these platforms, judging will evaluate the impacting development and business intelligence for wholesale (carrier) and enterprise solutions. The Battle of the Platforms offers four categories to choose from:

  • Enabling Independent Applications Developer to work with M2M devices
  • Platform for Best BI Controls Solutions
  • Platform for Service Providers to support wholesale services
  • Platform for Enterprise Deployment

Deadline for entries is August 30, 2012. Entrants will make a 10-minute live presentation/demonstration at the M2M Evolution Conference & Expo pre-conference on October 2, 2012. Five winners will be selected, one from each category plus an overall winner.
