CradlePoint's Ken Hosac Joins Advisory Board for M2M Evolution Magazine

By Colleen Lynch January 25, 2013

CradlePoint’s vice president of business development Ken Hosac has officially joined the advisory board for M2M Evolution magazine.

The magazine is a new publication from TMC, with a focus on greater connectivity in the machine-to-machine environment. M2M Evolution launched in January, so the magazine is still new, and Ken Hosac’s appointment on the advisory board will be used to help establish M2M Evolution in its infancy.

“Ken’s experience in business development and product management at CradlePoint, a leader in M2M networking solutions, makes him an important voice as M2M Evolution Magazine broadens our thought leadership platform,” said Rich Tehrani, adding that Hosac will help the magazine continue in its efforts “to guide businesses to solutions that reduce costs, increase efficiency, and drive greater profitability.”

In his time at CradlePoint, Hosac focused on wireless carriers, network equipment manufacturers, and system integrators, adding to the 23 years of experience he’s amassed in marketing, sales, development and manufacturing.

Hosac has also worked at Hewlett Packard, and served as the vice president of business development for GoAhead Software, which has since been acquired by Oracle.

As part of the advisory board for M2M Evolution magazine, Hosac will be involved with growing the already well-known M2M Evolution name, as Tehrani explains.

“The magazine is an extension of our M2M Evolution website and M2M Evolution Conference and ITEXPO. The addition of the magazine provides a richer understanding of connectivity, collaboration, and innovative technologies for connective devices,” he said.

M2M Evolution magazine will be the vehicle for TMC to “provide in-depth coverage of the M2M space all year,” Tehrani added.

The company is excited to bring Hosac on board to facilitate this project, and Tehrani said as much in his announcement: “It is with great pleasure that we welcome to our advisory board members to our M2M Evolution family.”
