Ready Wireless Names Joe Peterson as President of Ready IoT Division

In a recent announcement, Ready Wireless, a provider of white label wireless services, has made public the hire of Joe Peterson as its new President of Ready IoT (Internet of Things). Peterson will report to Dennis Henderson (News - Alert), co-founder and CEO of Ready Wireless.

“The global IoT market is forecasted to grow at more than 20 percent CAGR for the foreseeable future,” said Henderson. “Ready Wireless has made a significant commitment to deploy best-in-class solutions in this important space. Joe brings over 21 years of relevant experience in domestic and international sales in IoT. His addition was the last piece in the puzzle for us as we lean into our IoT business. We are very pleased to welcome Joe to the team.”

Prior to joining Ready Wireless, Peterson served as Vice President, Sales, West Region U.S. and LATAM for Telit. He was responsible for and successful in defining a new go to market strategy which resulted in securing a number of top tier OEM design wins which will net positive results for revenue generation and increased market share for Telit.

Prior to Telit, Peterson was the Senior Vice President of Sales, M2M/IoT for Novatel Wireless (News - Alert). Earlier in his career, Joe served as Vice President, Sales, APAC during his time with Gemalto and Business Development Manager in both Australia and Germany for Motorola (News - Alert).

Peterson, who holds a bachelor's degree from The University of Iowa, will be tasked with leveraging the strengths of the Ready Wireless brand and channels to support quick implementations of IoT products and services.  His experience and industry relationships will allow the company to execute its go to market strategy that addresses untapped potential within underserved IoT verticals.
