IoT Evolution Security Certification

By Carl Ford June 29, 2017

Security Certification happens on Monday July 17th at Caesars.

Every week, I get offers to interview people from companies spreading the word that IoT is insecure. Candidly, I get very frustrated by these requests, because there are so many other flaws in our communication on the Internet. Pointing to IoT specifically is like Chicken Little’s mistaking the acorn for the sky. So our security certification experience is about what can be done to harden and protect IoT, not to cry wolf or scare Turkey Lurkey.

And as a special bonus the recent edition of EdgeX general session with Dell/EMC, the Linux Foundation (News - Alert) and NetFoundry/Tata Communications will provide an opportunity to hear about a new security framework.
