One of the biggest digital bricks, so to speak, laid in the foundation of the Internet of Things (IoT) is connectivity. It’s the “smart” of today’s smart devices, vehicles, homes, offices and smart city infrastructure. Smarter approaches to connectivity also render possible global-scale deployments of IoT-compatible devices, machinery, sensors, modules, etc.
Enter InnoPhase IoT, a fabless wireless semiconductor platform company. InnoPhase’s specializations are found in extreme low power wireless radio connectivity solutions (i.e. products with majorly increased battery lifetime, AI-powered Wi-Fi camera applications and more). InnoPhase has additional IoT market-ready video solutions to showcase; ones that tout double the battery life of other devices and aren’t tethered to older wired technologies. To make this happen, the company worked with OMNIVISION and Hualai Technology.
These, namely, relate to InnoPhase work on new Talaria TWO OMNIVISION modules, aka the OMNIVISION Video Reference Kit with Low Power Wi-Fi and BLE Module, as well as the Hualai Video Camera (integrated with OMNIVISION technology and InnoPhase’s INP1015 Module).
What do these technologies mean for the current state of the smart marketplace? Per David Ho, Director of Product Marketing at OMNIVISION:
“The video camera market is ripe for wireless solutions that can speed time to market, ensure low power consumption and extend battery life, and at the same time simplify the design process. InnoPhase IoT’s Talaria TWO platform fit that bill.”

This allows us to offer quick time to market video products for end customers.”
