Chances are, if I had to estimate, a more-than-substantial number of readers are aware of Verizon Communications. Verizon (News - Alert), according to recent data from Statista, is one of the three largest telecom operators in the U.S. (alongside T-Mobile and AT&T (News - Alert)). In 2022 alone, the company generated approximately $137 billion. Couple that with every TV and web ad imaginable (all clearly effective, at this point), and yeah. Verizon is, for all intents and purposes, very much a household name.

By partnering, Verizon’s customers will be able to, per a statement from the company, “effortlessly tap into Telenor’s comprehensive network services and management in Europe and APC (News - Alert).” Likewise, Telenor’s customers will be able to access Verizon’s highly extensive U.S. network. A win-win, as they say.

Notably, enterprises will also be able to manage and optimize local Verizon and Telenor profiles, empowering customers to broaden global roaming-based network coverage and directly leverage Verizon eSIM IoT connectivity services whenever required.
