The weekend’s almost here, readers. I hope y’all have some good plans; over here, it’s thankfully looking like a whole lot of R&R (which, trust me, I’ll gladly take).

However — despite TGIF vibes aplenty — we’ve still got some time to cover the news, and today’s involves Internet of Things (IoT) developments, Industry 4.0, and Digi International.

This leads us to the company’s official launch of Digi 360.

Digi 360 is a subscription-based offering that supports ease-of-use, deployment visibility and optimized ROI for Digi cellular routers. As the Digi team describes, “Digi 360 offers comprehensive cellular solutions, including purpose-built devices, software and services, to help customers optimize their IoT investments and maximize ROI.
