M2M Evolution Business Impact Awards Return and Call for Best Practices in M2M and IoT

By IoTEvolutionWorld News March 13, 2014

Norwalk, CT – March 13, 2014 – TMC and Crossfire Media today opened submissions for the M2M Evolution Business Impact Awards. The definitive machine-to-machine (M2M) implementation and deployment recognition award program is an exciting element of M2M Evolution Conference & Expo, held August 11-14, 2014, at The Rio in Las Vegas, Nevada. The M2M Evolution Business Impact Awards are bestowed upon the companies and business leaders who have successfully leveraged M2M and/or the Internet of Things (IoT) to solve a business issue, launch a new service or create a revenue opportunity.

To be considered for the M2M Evolution Business Impact Awards, candidates must submit an application using the online form by May 1, 2014. Candidates must be able to show the successful launch of an M2M or IoT-related project. Implementations may be for any vertical or application, including but not limited to retail, medical, transportation/fleet, smart energy, supply chain and more. Finalists for the M2M Evolution Business Impact Awards will be notified by June 15, 2014, and winners will be awarded at a special reception at the M2M Evolution Conference & Expo.

“The M2M Evolution Business Impact Awards is a unique program that allows industry innovators to share their M2M success stories with peers and potential partners. Not only does it provide winners a platform to develop new business opportunities, but showcases best M2M deployment strategies for other companies that may be challenged by complex implementations,” said Carl Ford, CEO, Crossfire Media, executive director of content, M2M Evolution. “We’re excited to bring this program back to M2M Evolution Conference and Expo, and we look forward to learning how award applicants are leveraging M2M and IoT in their networks.”

M2M Evolution Conference & Expo is supported by Diamond Sponsor AT&T; and Gold Sponsors RacoWireless, Systech, and ThingWorx.
