Altizon and A&E Engineering Advance IIoT and Smart Factories

By Ken Briodagh November 29, 2017

Altizon, a global industrial IoT (IIoT) platform company, and A&E Engineering, a Systems Integration and Data Management firm, have announced a partnership to advance delivery of IIoT solutions to enterprise clients.

The partnership enables real time data intelligence for manufacturing machines and processes. This is a significant emerging need for A&E's clients across multiple industry verticals including predictive maintenance, real-time production quantity and quality for process improvement, or long-term data for genealogy records and regulatory reporting applications.

“This partnership is a culmination of efforts to synergize the technological expertise of Altizon with A&E Engineering's domain expertise across multiple industries to empower enterprises together to build an Intelligent Connected Ecosystem for the Industrial Internet of Things,” said Vinay Nathan, CEO, Altizon.

Altizon's Datonis Industrial IoT platform, a secure, DMAIC-enabled1 hybrid IIoT platform that gathers real-time production data, provides deep analytics tools including machine learning for predictive analytics, and allows secure access to the data, resulting in actionable business insights for enterprise stakeholders. With Datonis, the data gathering process from processes, machines, and individual sensors with little or no pre-existing digital automation infrastructure is easier, quicker, and significantly less CAPEX intensive. The Datonis IIoT platform makes it easy to analyze and share data, both quickly and broadly within the secure confines of robust user access security protocols.

“Maximizing the rewards of IIoT requires the right platform and the right partner,” said Wright Sullivan, President, A & E Engineering. “Altizon's Datonis platform makes pilot projects extremely easy to deploy and prove out on a small scale, but also facilitates enterprise deployment as soon as the expected benefits are confirmed. This approach of proving value with small projects that lead to large return on investment by fully connecting people, machines, and processes, is key during this stage of the IIoT revolution. With Altizon we are delivering deep analytics and sustainable improvements to forward-thinking customers.”

A&E Engineering joins over 30 SIs as part of Altizon’s growing global partner network.
