Keyfactor Joins the CSA to Deepen IoT Connectivity and Secure Digital Trust

The Connectivity Standards Alliance (CSA), formerly known as the Zigbee Alliance (News - Alert), is “the place where industry professionals across the globe come together, paving the way to a world of seamless interaction that transforms the way we live, work, and play.” That is part of their own mission statement; the CSA believes that all “things” in the Internet of Things (IoT) can work well together, enhancing our day-to-day experiences.

The CSA creates and manages IoT technology standards, empowering companies with practical, usable assets and tools to ease hassles and accelerate developments. The CSA stamp of approval, so to speak, involves strong certification programs to help members avoid unnecessary development cycles while ensuring compliances and validating interoperability.

The long story short? “Allies of the IoT value chain. Allies for a connected future.” That’s the CSA.

As fate would have it, I penned a piece about Kudelski and how its IoT division was approved for Matter by the CSA.  Now, another encouraging CSA-related announcement has hit the airwaves:

Keyfactor PKI, an Ohio-based software company and IoT identity platform for modern enterprises, officially announced that it joined the CSA’s roster of innovators.

This is, to say the least, a major boost of validation for Keyfactor, as their new CSA membership puts a super supportive spotlight on the company’s approach to trust and authentication implementation between interconnected IoT devices and applications.
