IoT Evolution Names Business Impact Award Winners at IoT Evolution Expo

By

There are times that what happens in Vegas doesn’t necessarily stay in Vegas.

IoTevolutionworld.com and Crossfire Media, which is a division of Crossfire Consulting, announced the latest companies to win an IoT Evolution Business Impact Award at the IoT Evolution Conference and Expo that was held last week. This is a program designed to recognize business leaders who have successfully leveraged IoT to solve a business issue, launch a new service or create a revenue opportunity.

“IoT is being used to solve issues and improve processes for enterprises across industries and we created the Business Impact Awards to shine a light on these successes,” said Carl Ford, CEO, Crossfire Media and executive director of content, IoT Evolution. “We congratulate our winners and look forward to their presentations this week.”

This year’s IoT Evolution Business Impact Award Winners include: Tellient with customer, Barnes & Jones, Jivoo with customer, Circle A Farms, Kepware with customer, Hirotec America, Essence with customer, Medical Guardian, and Orange with customer, Pops by Orange.

IoT Evolution Expo is supported by a host of leading businesses in their fields. The sponsors were: Diamond sponsor Cradlepoint. Platinum sponsors: ClearBlade, CENTRI Technology, T-Mobile, Nokia. Gold Sponsorship was done by Ingenu, IBM, and Verizon. Also the corporate sponsors were Coris, Gemalto and Tellient.

One of the winning companies was Jivoo, which increases process efficiencies, delivers better customer experience and generates new revenue streams. This company collects data, transports that data, analyses it and then begins an action plan to ensure that their customers have the latest information available.

“I am extremely honored to be receiving such an important accolade as the IoT Business Impact Award. I am grateful for the acknowledgement received for my work. In the last few months we have rapidly deployed an IoT, cloud, and data analytics solution for a client that is not only providing operational efficiency but also driving new revenue streams. I’d like to thank IoT Evolution Magazine, Crossfire Media, TMC and Carl Ford for this recognition,” said Steven Fowler, founding partner, Jivoo.

The Business Impact Awards aim to showcase the best of the best in IoT. The winners this all are at the top of their games.
