T-Systems North America Appoints IT Sales Innovator to Managing Director

According to a recent release, Deutsche Telekom-owned subsidiary T-Systems, a global ICT service providers, has named Dale Aultman Managing Director of North America. The company said she will work to promote T-Systems as a digitalization partner and as a major global player that does business in over 20 countries. T-Systems is pursuing its mission to shape the future of a connected business world and society by creating added value for customers, employees and investor through innovative ICT solutions as the focus of their sales efforts in 2019.

Dale Aultman spent more than twenty years at IBM, where she held numerous sales leadership positions including Storage, Storage Infrastructure Optimization and Technical Support Solutions. She also led Technical Support Services Sales & Delivery for the Eastern United States, with more than 1,000 field technicians during Hurricane Sandy. Dale has been involved in multiple acquisitions and divestitures, most notably Director of Global Sales Integration for the XIV storage acquisition, which built up a sales organization of over 400 sellers and $300 million in annual revenue.

She said that it was T-Systems’ large unreleased potential in the North America that tempted her to take the job. “With this position, I am able to harness my IT, client and sales growth experience in a nimble, client centric environment. We have the strength and support of a premier information and technology solutions company and the culture and client focus of a start up,” she explained.
