RTI Reveals Real-Time Data Connectivity

By Chrissie Cluney January 21, 2020

Real-Time Innovations (RTI), an IIoT connectivity company, recently published a new modeling simulation and training (MS&T) whitepaper.

The company announced it at the annual Interservice/Industry Training, Simulation and Education Conference (I/ITSEC). Real-Time Innovations showcased how they work with the MS&T community to drive the connectivity foundation from real deployed systems into Live, Virtual and Constructive (LVC) solutions.

“It was interesting to see at I/ITSEC 2019 that gaming engines from Unreal, Unity, and Improbable were integrated into more of the demonstrations and solutions. This points to a future with more realistic environments that will better prepare our Warfighters for future missions,” said Chip Downing, senior market development director, Aerospace and Defense, RTI.

The company demonstrated three of its MS&T systems components: Multi-Level Security for Simulation, developed for the Air Force Agency for Modeling and Simulation (AFAMS); Autonomous Vehicle Simulation; and FACE Live Avionics Systems.
