AT&T Fast Pitch at IoT Evolution Expo Once Again Showcases Innovation

Internet of Things developers to share solutions and vision

Norwalk, CT—May 13, 2015—TMC and Crossfire Media announced today that AT&T will be sponsoring Fast Pitch at IoT Evolution Expo, held August 17-20, 2015, at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada. IoT Evolution Expo is directed at companies interested in understanding how to develop, integrate and deploy Internet of Things (IoT) strategies. On Tuesday, August 18, at 4:15 pm, Mike Troiano, Vice President of Industrial IoT Solutions, AT&T will deliver a keynote address.

“IoT solutions are transforming the way businesses around the world operate: from enhancing productivity, reducing costs, opening up new revenue streams, and creating an overall richer customer experience,” said Mike Troiano, AT&T Mobility. “This year’s Fast Pitch competition promises to be a lot of fun. It’s a great way to accelerate collaboration and innovation for the Internet of Things.” 

Fast Pitch sponsored by AT&T, is open to developers, IT consultants and M2M and IoT enthusiasts looking to gain resources for new ideas and developmental growth. Companies and individuals have the opportunity to pitch their ideas to AT&T executives for the chance to win up to $10,000 in cash and achieve recognition from AT&T for innovation and creativity. The Fast Pitch Preliminary Round takes place in the afternoon on Monday, August 17, 2015. Finalists will be invited back to the Fast Pitch Finals in the Exhibit hall at Booth 401 on Tuesday, August 18, 2015 from 5:00-7:00pm. Winners will be announced on stage the morning of Wednesday, August 19, 2015. Participants can deliver their pitches via PowerPoint, media tools or live demos, but must not exceed three minutes. Registration to present at Fast Pitch is now open.
