Only 3 days Left to Apply to Speak at the Nearly Full IoT Security 4.0 Conference

By TMC October 25, 2017

Deadline to speaker IoT Evolution Expo’s collocated security event is this Friday, October 27th

Trumbull, CT – October 25, 2017 – TMC and Crossfire Media today announced the IoT Evolution Security 4.0 Conference is accepting speaking proposals through Friday, October 27, 2017. This event is collocated with IoT Evolution Expo and being held January 22-25, 2018 at Disney’s Contemporary Hotel in Orlando, Florida. The IoT Security 4.0 Conference is dedicated to shedding insight on how to protect assets, actions and information. Attendees will learn how the world of cybersecurity is evolving into new paradigms of management and control. Because the response to this event has been so great already, the available speaking spots are very limited and interested parties submit their proposals as soon as possible.

“We’ve all heard of the attacks on thermostats at the NY Times, Point of Sale Systems at Target and industrial controls at Iran’s Nuclear labs. Each of these incidences made headlines for the shock they caused by not knowing they were going on,” said  Carl Ford, CEO, Crossfire Media, executive director of content, IoT Evolution. “Fortunately Security 4.0 has come into being at exactly the same moment as Internet of Things connectivity. With its in-depth content, IoT Security 4.0 conference will help attendees learn how to properly protect assets, actions and information not immediately visible or even of interest to humans.”

For full details and to submit a proposal, please visit the call for speaker section of the website. For questions, please contact Carl Ford. Please submit you speaking request on the following sessions:

  • Role Based Access Control
  • IoT Sensors: Hardened and Tested
  • Why DIY is DOA for IoT Security
