Siterra Helps Goodman Networks Manage Wireless Services in U.S.

By Anuradha Shukla July 14, 2008
Goodman Networks, a telecom services provider, has chosen Siterra’s flagship Siterra+ product to manage wireless infrastructure turnkey projects in United States.

Siterra has broadened the footprint of this application by expanding its focus, catering to the needs of service providers.  Bernard Fried, chief executive officer at Siterra, said this strategy will increase productivity, collaboration and generate value to all participants in the service value chain.

Michael Moser, regional program manager at Goodman Networks, explained that the company works with wireless companies in U.S. to manage and execute the entire lifecycle of wireless infrastructure projects. One of company’s greatest challenges was a customer whose reporting system was focused primarily upon expenditures.

By working with Siterra, Goodman Networks was able to build a workflow that both reports to the customer’s legacy corporate system but also provides them and the client’s local office the ability to synchronize tasks among their teams. Moser said that Goodman Networks customers choose them because of their ability to manage projects at the lowest cost with the lowest risk. Also, having a centralized application accessible from anywhere adds increased productivity to their team.

Goodman Networks is a provider of turnkey services solutions for all phases of the telecommunications equipment lifecycle in Wireless, Wireline and OSP industries.

Siterra Corporation is a provider of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) to help companies manage large scale geographically-distributed capital asset programs.
