By Ken Briodagh April 10, 2017

In a recent release, Denison Consulting Group, an engineering consulting firm and systems integrator specializing in the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), has announced new training services to help organizations leverage the power of the IIoT. The training services reportedly cover operational technology (OT) and information technology (IT) and focus on the needs of manufacturing, industrial, large commercial, and government.

Denison Consulting Group's technical training services are programmed to empower businesses to effectively glean insights from their organizations that lead to greater return on investments, improved efficiency, and reduced costs.

“Not only are we are passing along our extensive knowledge of OT and IT, but we are sharing our lessons learned and the team structure required to deliver reliable network solutions in record time,” said Dianne Denison, CEO, Denison Consulting Group.

Blanca Robinson, Business Development Director at Denison Consulting Group, will lead the technical training program. A veteran in the oil and gas industry, Robinson is a certified executive coach with experience developing and delivering large training programs that improve business outcomes.

Trainings such as these are becoming critical to improving IoT operational intelligence in the enterprise for current workers that need new skills, and for new entrants to the workforce looking to develop needed skills. There are a few university-related certification programs, and the IoT Evolution Certification series, which offers targeted real-world learning about IoT technology and concrete, take home knowledge that will make you ready for IoT implementation.
