Quanergy Signs Distribution Deal with Power Motion

LiDAR will serve a critical role in the advancement of the IoT, making its mark on warehouses, factories, automobiles, airports and more. This week, we heard from a leading provider of OPA-based solid state liDAR and smart 3D solutions, Quanergy, as in tandem with Zero Electric Vehicle was able to demonstrate its LiDAR’s extensive range for the automotive industry, but they didn’t stop there.

Today, Quanergy announced a partnership with industrial automation distributor Power Motion to provide 2D and 3D LiDAR solutions for industrial automation throughout the South Central United States.

“LiDAR is a powerful and versatile sensing technology that is rapidly gaining adoption in many industrial markets,” said Tony Rigoni, Director of Industrial Markets at Quanergy, “Partnering with Power Motion as a distributor of Quanergy’s LiDAR platform is a key step to solve customer’s applications and provide regional sales and technical support.”
