Clovity announced it is now offering managed network services through a newly minted partnership with Dispersive Networks. The two companies are combining their technologies for applications across a number of industry verticals, and support large-scale Smart City initiatives.
As enterprise IoT continues to flourish as a foundation of many organizations’ digital transformations (allowing them to improve operations and develop and market connected products and solutions) IDC predicts worldwide technology spending will reach over $1 trillion in 2022, with a CAGR of 13.6% between 2017 and 2022, while Ericcson doubled their forecasts cellular IoT connections to 3.5 billion in 2023, a CAGR of 30%.

Dispersive's software-defined networking (SDN) technology combined with Clovity's IoT platform, CSensorNet is enabling quick and secure transmission, analysis, and visualization of edge device data for enterprises while providing two layers of security, according to an announcement issued by both companies.

The partnership supports the massive deployment of secured sensing endpoints employing best in class security technology to reduce risk, while also providing the resiliency and performance required for real-time applications. Dispersive Virtual Networks is a patented, multi-path software-defined networking, military-grade overlay solution. Its 100% software-based approach divides network traffic into separate, independent packet streams, then sends each stream across a different, individually encrypted path.
