Peerless Expands Channel Team with Telecom Industry Veterans

In a recent release, Peerless Network, a provider of telecommunications services and voice solutions for VoIP and, announced the appointments of Dough Littrell as Director of Channel Sales, Southeast and James Cook as Director of Channel Sales, Midwest. With nearly 50 years of combined telecom sales and leadership experience, both Littrell and Cook are responsible for Peerless’ comprehensive national channel program growth strategy with the company’s innovative portfolio of voice, UCaaS and SIP Trunking products and services that have been a crucial link in connecting businesses with remote workers.

Littrell is a proven leader and joins Peerless Network with 28 years of channel management experience in the telecom industry. Previously, he held sales and channel management leadership roles at Toshiba, TalkDesk, Shoretel and Mitel where Littrell successfully drove unprecedented Master Agent and Direct Agent enablement growth across the Southeast. With a wide range of sales success in cloud, UCaaS, VoIP and more, Littrell has empowered the channel community to drive revenue growth and market penetration.

For the past two years, Cook has been a top-performing sales executive at Peerless Network and now moves into his new leadership role of Director of Channel Sales for the Midwest region to continue growing the company’s UCaas and SIP Trunking products and services. Cook has 18 years of telecom industry experience with success in executing comprehensive enterprise communications solutions.

Earlier this year, Peerless Network added Gloria Wong, Director of Channel Sales, West and Jamie Arko as Director of Channel Sales, East to the company’s channel leadership team.
