How Edge Computing Can Elevate Your Business

By

With each great step in technology, comes great opportunity – for those that see it. Data is the most valuable commodity in business today, and according to Gartner by 2025, 75 percent of all enterprise data will be created and processed outside of a traditional centralized data center. The times they are a changin’.

In August, Frost & Sullivan’ 5G and Edge Computing—Cloud Workloads Shifting to the Edge, Forecast to 2024 stated 90 percent of industrial enterprises will utilize edge computing by 2022. Gartner noted in November, that as edge computing moves mainstream, it must be part of an organization’s cloud roadmap in order to see optimal ROI from digital transformation and IoT initiatives.

Edge computing is central to these predictions, and underpinning these positive projections is 5G. During next week’s virtual event, “Competitive Edge: How Edge Computing Takes Business to the Next Level” offers a portal into how a business can take full advantage of the edge and real time data.

IoTM Board Advisor Christian Solomine, EDJX Founder & CEO John Cowan and BLDG25 SVP Edge Products Nitin Ranjan will walk attendees though use cases and cast studies to demonstrate and most importantly educate on seperating from the pack with 5G and edge computing.

Find your competitive advantage with edge computing.
