UCloudlink and Tuya Partnership Drives IoT Innovation

The IoT market continues to evolve in a cloud-driven world where sensor and connectivity technologies are enabling a new era of connected devices and applications. MarketsandMarkets projects the IoT market size will grow from $300.3 billion in 2021 to $650.5 billion by 2026. The growth is being fueled by advanced principal technologies, a proliferation of smart connected devices and 5G technology being deployed into the IoT infrastructure.

To leverage respective technological advantages and make joint efforts into research and development in the IoT industry, uCloudlink Group Inc. announced it is partnering with Tuya Inc.

“The partnership will not only produce win-win outcomes but also go a long way in driving the innovation of IoT industry in the cloud era as a whole,” said Chaohui Chen, director and CEO of uCloudlink. “UCloudlink specializes in developing innovative IoT solutions empowering single entry point to access all available networks while reducing overall data connectivity services costs, and our solutions are widely applied in a variety of commercial scenarios.”

UCloudlink is facilitating the acceleration of the cloud era of IoT through its platform-as-a-service and software-as-a-service platform based on cloud SIM technology and hyper-connectivity solution. Tuya, a Chinese software company focused on the development of AI and IoT solutions, is providing many solutions related to home automation.

UCloudlink will continue to collaborate with more business partners worldwide to accelerate the development of IoT industry in the cloud era.
