Additional IoT Connectivity Solutions in EMEA, Courtesy of Blues' Expansion

By

Transforming physical products into data-driven, IoT-centric services. That’s the Blues mission.

Blues works to simplify the Internet of Things and wireless communications, enhancing the intelligence and functionality of deployed products and services while also solving myriad technical challenges (particularly related to cellular).

Securely and confidently deploying scalable, cloud-connected solutions.

Sounds great.

So, Blues has expanded its business operations to secure more solutions; this time, it’ll be across EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) with specific focuses on Germany, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom. This expansion will provide wireless smart device infrastructure to, as Blues describes, “leaders in manufacturing and clean tech, in EV charging, and in other crucial industries to improve our global community.”

This builds on products like its Blues Starter Kit for EMEA; these contain everything that is needed to start building connected solutions with Blues’ Notecard and Notehub.io. The LTE Cat-1 cellular or Wi-Fi options are available, the former of which is designed to be used specifically in the EMEA regions, leveraging Quectel’s EG91-EX modem.

"Our EMEA expansion will increase global access to our IoT connectivity solutions, thus solving real-world problems and giving businesses new tools to make operations more efficient," said Blues President and CRO Jim Hassman "We see European companies leading the charge in clean tech, electric vehicles, and other industries impacting our daily lives and the planet we share. But the lack of reliable access to IoT data and the inability to securely connect devices to the cloud have hindered progress. With Blues' offerings, these innovators can now empower intelligent operations and data-driven solutions around the globe."

Making IoT and data analytics easier, and with additional visibility and consumption-based pricing (and no carrier contract or subscription fees required). EMEA now has more access to these offerings, courtesy of Blues.
