Quasar and PTC Establish a Data-Driven Partnership for IoT

By

“Unleash the power of time-driven insights, anywhere.”

That’s the mission of Quasar: To turn data into real-time insights and solutions. Quasar is currently an Engage portfolio company, serving partners like AT&T, Chick-fil-A, Coca-Cola, Cox Enterprises, Delta Air Lines, Home Depot, and UPS. Trusted by big names like these (along with others in telecom, finance, manufacturing and energy), Quasar works to solve time-series database (TSDB) problems with actionable next steps for varied IoT operations.

So, Quasar is partnering with PTC to continue making this happen.

Disruptions via constant transformations of digital technologies happens everywhere – it’s how, ideally for the better, businesses engage with employees and customers. And whether it’s supply chain issues or workforce attrition or competitors’ campaigns, this disruption can contribute stress and be hard to navigate. So, to navigate the highs and lows of the developments that are steadily defining industries, PTC helps companies by rapidly accelerating their transformations across their products, operations, and entire workforces.

That’s why this Quasar-PTC partnership makes sense.

According to the official announcement, the partners’ activities will focus on upgrading Quasar’s data management capabilities and the industrial connectivity capabilities of PTC’s Kepware platform.

How businesses leverage and manage IoT data and TSDB-specific needs for more informed business outcomes – that’s about the size of it.

“We are delighted to partner with PTC, a leader in the IoT space,” said Edouard Alligand, Quasar’s CEO. “ This collaboration represents a significant step toward providing our customers with seamless connections to industrial automation data from various manufacturing IoT applications. Our goal is to empower businesses to harness the full potential of their IoT data and drive transformative outcomes.”
