Protecting Businesses with IoT: Somos Introduces SomosID for Greater Visibility into Installed Assets

At this year’s IoT Evolution Expo (part of the #TECHSUPERSHOW experience that took place from February 13-15 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida), one of the event’s keynote presentations was led by Sri Ramachandran, Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for Somos, Inc. During this “Can You Trust the IoT Devices You Use?” keynote, Ramachandran discussed challenges associated with reliably securing IoT devices, as well as the overall acceleration of widespread IoT applications and vulnerabilities therein that are unfortunately exploitable by bad actors.
