IoT and Beyond: Taking a Meaningful Look at the #TECHSUPERSHOW Experience

Good afternoon, readers.

I'd like to take a moment and write about some of my partners' sections of the upcoming #TECHSUPERSHOW experience.

Don’t get me wrong, I of course love our IoT speakers and their unique content, and I think the sheer amount of knowledge that will be transferred is extremely valuable. (Naturally, I'm also privy to what's in the works behind the scenes for IoT Evolution Expo 2025; let me just that, if the stars align, those developments will be supremely exciting.)

But with that said, I would also highly recommend that attendees spend some time at the rest of the show. Rich Tehrani, Dave Rodriguez, and the rest of the TMC team have put together quite an impressive set of conferences.

On the whole, people tend to stay focused on their current situation(s); whether you represent an MSP, a GenAI startup, a VoIP equipment company, a wireless player or an IoT expert, you are probably only looking at that part of the show.

But see, that isn't how technology altogether works. Technology transfers in all sorts of ways. Years ago, for example, there was a show called “Connections” and it showed how one industry’s innovation change a lot of other industry sectors; either by affiliation, or by adaptation. It all comingles, with time.

And as I look at today's generative AI and hear the stories of rapidly growing intelligence and its widespread adoption in IoT, I am amazed at how quickly innovation is spreading.

So, bring your team with you and spread out when you get to the show. Learn new things and ask yourself how they can be incorporated into your business.
