Altizon Launches 2019 Smart Manufacturing ROI Almanac

By Ken Briodagh February 06, 2019

Altizon, a global IIoT platform company addressing the manufacturing industries, recently unveiled its 2019 Smart Manufacturing ROI Almanac. The Almanac provides manufacturers new to IoT with insights for benchmarking implementations, enabling better understanding of where and when to realize the greatest benefits. The report analyzes expected cost savings, ROI timelines, and IIoT use cases across the Automotive, Tire, Industrial Products, Metal, FMCG and Chemical industries.

Vinay Nathan, CEO, Altizon, presented some key findings from the 2019 Smart Manufacturing ROI Almanac in addition to providing insights on the state of the IIoT edge and industrial controls at IoT Evolution Expo, held last week in Fort Lauderdale.

“Since 2013, Altizon has been helping enterprises navigate their Industry 4.0 transformation journey, and we have amassed a number of key insights regarding the specific set of problems that can be addressed by IIoT in each vertical industry,” said Vinay Nathan, Co-Founder and CEO, Altizon. “Our 2019 Smart Manufacturing ROI Almanac, which captures the specific kind of problems and issues best addressed by IIoT, as well IIoT’s ROI, is based on our real-world experience working with 100+ clients and implementing more than 276 IIoT initiatives in the field.”

Nathan joined Marcellus Buchheit, president and CEO, Wibu-Systems USA, and Lucian Fogoros, Co-Founder, IIoT World, to discuss IIoT Edge trends including ROI, security advancements, quality and worker health and safety improvements.

The IoT Evolution Expo, and collocated events, IoT Evolution Health, LPWAN Expo, The Smart City Event, and IIoT Conference, will take place Jan. 29 to Feb 1 in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Visit IoTEvolutionExpo.com to register now.
