Finding the Balance in IoT Wireless Design for Modules and Mobility

By

When I worked in “the phone company” I was always amazed how I would end up with customers trying to put in system with communications as an afterthought.

I would ask how long they were planning the system and usually the answer was years.

Today when it comes to IoT, a lot of companies draw the cloud and the think of the connectivity as something that a) will be determined by the customer, or b) something that does not impact design.

Fortunately, GetWireless with Sierra Wireless are presenting in a webinar I am moderating on Thursday. The title of the webinar is “Embedded Modules to Gateways: Choosing the right Cellular Technology for IoT Deployments.”

If you have people designing solutions this is where they will get ahead of the curve and not being calling up at the 11th hour. Having sneaked a peek of the content, I will also tell you it will be a great resource for companies looking to the retrofit legacy to take advantage of IoT.

You can Register Here. I hope you join me.
