Unraveling Bluetooth for the IoT Ecosystem

By

IoT integrators are always moving toward more complete capitalization of Fog devices at the Edge of the Network. These sensor networks, gateways and low power devices often need Bluetooth 4.2 and its variety of features to help bridge the networks. Leveraging the power of widespread familiarity and an enhanced protocol stack, BT 4.2 can solve a number of challenges inherent to the wireless connectivity of low-power, high density sensors and other types of networks of things.

In a new webinar, coming up Wednesday, December 7 at 1 p.m. Eastern, which is called “Unraveling Bluetooth for the IoT Ecosystem,” Telit will showcase its new BlueMod 4.2 portfolio and roadmap, including both ROM and FLASH-based products powered by the Telit-owned stack, which allows unparalleled flexibility when integrating with wireless technologies like cellular and location services.

Telit isn’t done there, however. The company will be hosting its Telit IoT Innovation 2017 on February 7 in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida at part of the IoT Evolution Expo, where the company will show how it is working with organizations to help them accelerate time to market and ignite profound business transformation centered on IoT solutions. Telit IoT Innovation includes insightful keynotes and several breakout sessions organized under two tracks:  Smart Solutions and Tools, Technologies and Resources.

The Smart Solutions track showcases real-world IoT use cases.  From smart manufacturing to smart transportation, smart energy, smart agriculture, smart cities, smart buildings and everything in between, industries are using IoT to revolutionize the way they operate and the way we live. The Tools, Technologies and Resources track is ideal for developers and engineers looking for a deeper dive into the hardware and software components necessary to create IoT solutions.
