Cyber Gear Launches First IoT Smart Products Store in Middle East

By Ken Briodagh September 09, 2015

Folks all over the world want their smart things, and they want them available as easy as possible. As a result, online marketplaces are springing up with an IoT focus. Cyber Gear, an Internet company based in Dubai, has launched the first IoT smart products online store in the Middle East.

“The Internet gave us the opportunity to connect in ways we could never have imagined were possible,” said Sharad Agarwal, CEO, Cyber Gear. “The Internet of Things will take us beyond connection to become part of a living, moving, global nervous system.”

By 2020, Cyber Gear says an estimated 50 billion devices around the globe will be connected to the Internet. A third of them will be computers, smartphones, mobile devices and TVs. The remaining two thirds will be other kinds of things such as sensors, actuators, and newly invented intelligent devices that monitor, control, analyze, and optimize our world.

IoTOnlineStore.com offers smart products in Home Automation, Wearables, Smart Gadgets, Healthcare, Trackers, Toys and Pets. Other than smart products, the store will offer smart solutions for retail and e-commerce.

SmartPointer is an integrated IT-solution focused on increasing the profitability of shopping centers. It involves property managers, visitors, tenants and brand managers of global brands in this process. SmartPointer helps users manage a number of shopping centers, parking spaces and other assets as a whole.

Check-n-Pay is a new service to manage purchases. Suppliers can deliver invoices directly to their customers' smartphones, tablets, SmartTVs and wearable devices. Invoice details are displayed at once and customers can arrange payment immediately by the click of a button, with no additional information required.

“The IoT is predicted to be as transformational as the internet itself on the way we live,” said Agarwal. “We are currently signing up with a network of lifestyle retailers in the region to market these smart products through their stores.”
